CANCELLATION POLICY

Cash or Card only. Additional $2 fee if you are paying via card please bring cash if you want to avoid fees. ALL no-show appointments (no communication) will be charged 100% of the service that was booked. Clients must not use any form of RETINOL (ex. Tretinoin) 7-10 days before appointment. Also no chemical peels prior to appointment. All deposits go towards the time of service, all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. After 1 no-show you will be banned from booking any future appointments.
