CANCELLATION POLICY

Cash or Card only. Additional $2 fee if you are paying via card please bring cash if you want to avoid fees. No same day rescheduling. All clients have a 48hr window to reschedule appointments. Clients must not use any form of RETINOL (ex. Tretinoin) 7-10 days before appointment. No chemical peels prior to appointment. No Accutane or Acne medication. All deposits go towards the time of service. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. Appointments/Deposits can only be rescheduled/transferred if you notify your service provider 48hrs in advance. After 48hrs your deposit will be lost. After 1 no-show you will be banned from booking any future appointments. 10minute grace period. After 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Appointments cannot be changed because you’re going to be “late”.
